Our Return Policy 

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Kyser products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies Please contact them directly for more information. All Kyser capos are Guaranteed for Life and are subject to replacement following the guidelines of our signature Lifetime Guarantee. To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met: All returns must be related to a Kysermusical.com order. Kyser does not offer returns on items purchased outside of the Kyser website. All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of original purchase. Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Kyser does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through our Warranty Form.

Shipping Your Return

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return: Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit. You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed. Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number. Securely attach your return label to the package. Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Options & Rates

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. Expedited shipping orders should be placed by 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) for the quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas. The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options.

Shipping Holidays

Kyser shipping facilities are closed on Fridays. All orders placed after 3 pm CST on the preceding Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. Kyser and its partners will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates: New Year’s Day, Easter Monday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day (Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day). In addition, Kyser is closed from Christmas to New Year's Day. Additional holiday hours will vary.

Contiguous United States

Kyser uses USPS on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted, or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive, based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.

Alaska And Hawaii

All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we will inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
