Lifetime Guarantee
The official information for all Kyser products is available on our Lifetime Guarantee page. You can also find general information regarding our famous lifetime guarantee on the inside cover of the product packaging that accompanied your Quick-Change capo.
A product is covered under our Lifetime Guarantee if the product fails to function properly due to defects in materials or workmanship.
To have your Kyser Capo repaired, please click here and fill out the form. Once we receive your completed form, someone from Kyser will contact you.
All claims must be submitted via the Capo Repair/Replace form that can be found here.
Spring repair is covered under the Kyser Lifetime Guarantee. Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Be sure you're using the correct capo, and that your capo is correctly placed on the fretboard. Click here to see a tutorial video about how to apply the capo correctly.
All claims are fulfilled in a timely manner. A Repair request will generally take 1-2 weeks to be completed. Please note that shipping timelines for replacement capos may vary depending on location and any delays experienced by Kyser's postal carriers.

Kyser is constantly working to provide capos in a variety of styles. Occasionally, old items are discontinued to make room for the new.
We are constantly looking at ways to improve our capo. Our newest stamps include markers to help you easily identify which model of capo you have.
Sadly, we discontinued the series, and we no longer produce K-Lever capos.
Kyser custom capos are available to our artist endorsers and select charity partners. At this time, we do not offer personalization or customization as a service to the public. These services may be available in the future.
