We want to get you your Kyser® products as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your Quick-Change® capo, humidifier, or guitar care and cleaning products to good use, and get playing fast! Kyser Musical Products offers free USPS Priority shipping on all orders over $50 shipped in the contiguous United States only.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES
We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. Expedited shipping orders should be placed by 2:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas. The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options.

Kyser shipping facilities are closed on Fridays. All overs placed after 3pm CST of the preceding Thursday will be shipped the following Monday. Kyser and it’s partners will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2021. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day. New Year’s Day Easter Sunday Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Kyser is closed from Christmas to New Years Day. Additional holiday hours will vary.
CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES
Kyser uses USPS Priority service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed.
Alaska And Hawaii
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.
OUR RETURN POLICY
We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Kyser products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. All Kyser capos are Guaranteed for Life and are subject to replacement following the guidelines of our signature Lifetime Warranty. For more information on our Warranty policy and submitting a claim visit our warranty page. To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met: All returns must be related to a Kysermusicalcom order. Kyser does not offer returns on items purchased outside of the Kyser website. All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. Kyser does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through our Warranty Form and will be provided with a prepaid shipping label for the return of your eligible Kyser product.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return: Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit. You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed. Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number. Securely attach your return label to the package. Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records. If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
